Peningkatan Kesadaran tentang Pentingnya Imunisasi melalui Kampanye Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak

Imunisasi merupakan salah satu upaya preventif paling efektif dalam menurunkan angka kematian dan kesakitan akibat penyakit menular pada anak. Namun, di wilayah padat penduduk seperti Kelurahan Dupak, Surabaya, masih ditemukan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait pentingnya imunisasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat melalui kampanye kesehatan ibu dan anak berbasis komunitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan langsung, diskusi kelompok, distribusi media edukatif, dan kampanye digital melalui WhatsApp. Kegiatan melibatkan kader posyandu, tokoh masyarakat, serta tenaga kesehatan dari Puskesmas Krembangan. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan dari rata-rata 55 menjadi 81.8. Intervensi edukatif yang dilakukan secara tatap muka maupun digital terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi yang mudah dipahami, kontekstual, dan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Partisipasi aktif kader dan tokoh lokal juga meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye dan membentuk rasa kepemilikan masyarakat terhadap program imunisasi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian target imunisasi nasional dan mendukung Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being). Kesimpulannya, kampanye kesehatan berbasis komunitas yang dikombinasikan dengan media digital mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan menjadi model intervensi yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
