Peran Berlatih Pañcasīla Buddhis dan Kualitas Sati Siswa SMA : Tinjauan Artikel Sistematik

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi sintesis Pañcasīla Buddhis kedalam kegiatan sehari-hari untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) dan analisis kompatratif secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya integrasi lima latihan moral kedalam kurikulum secara signifikan memperkuat kecerdasan spiritual dan mawas diri tanpa menghakimi pandangan pada masa remaja. Mindfulness berlandaskan sīla terbukti lebih unggul dalam membangun kepedulian sosial serta mencegah dampak negatif teknologi terhadap karakter siswa dibandingkan paradigma sekuler. Integrasi unsur budaya setempat terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan daya terima peserta didik terhadap pembinaan moral serta mempercepat transformasi jati diri yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kerangka paradigma operasional baru bagi institusi pendidikan (sekolah) untuk menerapkan kurikulum karakter berorientasi etika demi melindungi integritas praktik sadar penuh. Meski didukung oleh teori yang ada sudah solid, penelitian ini mencatat minimnya data dari hasil uji coba lapangan yang ketat. Oleh karena itu, rancangan studi yang akan datang perlu berfokus pada pembuktian empiris untuk mengukur efektivitas program, secara lebih objektif melalui data kuantitatif di berbagai latar pendidikan.
