Perekonomian Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan, sebagai upaya percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi diperlukan peningkatan modal manusia. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran modal manusia yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan dan kesehatan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Data yang digunakanadalah data panel yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik pada rentang tahun 2015-2024. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) Robust Standard Errors. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kesehatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendidikan dan kesehatan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi
