Saat ini dunia dihadapkan dengan dinamika geopolitik yang tidak menentu dan kompleks. Hal ini memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Adanya peningkatan harga bahan pokok mengakibatkan peningkatan harga kebutuhan lainya. Tidak terkecuali harga ikan yang merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi gizi dan konsumsi masyarakat melambung tinggi juga. Salah satu jenis ikan konsumsi yang dapat dibudidayakan adalah Ikan Lele. Ikan ini dapat dibudidayakan dilahan terbatas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menerapkan konsep persentase dan konsep statistik dalam optimalisasi budidaya ikan lele berkonteks pakan alternatif yang terintegrasi. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat peserta kegiatan dapat mengatasi masalah harga ikan lele yang mahal juga mengatasi masalah harga pakan ikan lele yang tinggi dipasaran saat ini Pelatihan ini ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode Service Learning (SL). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, menggunakan bahasa sederhana, mudah dipahami dan diingat. Interaksi pemateri dan peserta dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab berlangsung dengan interaktif.
