Sosialisasi dan Edukasi Perilaku Hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) melalui media digital di sekolah, wilayah desa Proppo kabupaten Pamekasan Madura

Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pembiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada siswa sekolah di Desa Proppo, Kabupaten Pamekasan, Madura melalui pemanfaatan media digital. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan promosi kesehatan berbasis sekolah dengan desain evaluasi satu kelompok pre test dan post test, dilengkapi observasi perilaku serta penguatan selama empat minggu. Tahap awal mencakup koordinasi dengan mitra sekolah, pemetaan kebutuhan PHBS, asesmen sarana cuci tangan, kebersihan toilet, dan pengelolaan sampah, serta pengukuran awal pengetahuan siswa. Intervensi disusun dalam paket konten digital yang terdiri dari video edukasi singkat, poster digital, dan kuis interaktif, lalu diimplementasikan melalui pemutaran video di kelas, diskusi terarah, demonstrasi cuci tangan pakai sabun, simulasi etika batuk dan bersin, serta penyusunan kesepakatan kelas. Penguatan dilakukan melalui pengingat berkala dan tantangan PHBS mingguan yang dipantau guru menggunakan checklist sederhana. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah sesi edukasi, serta perbaikan awal pada indikator perilaku yang paling mudah dipraktikkan dan dipantau, terutama kebiasaan cuci tangan sebelum makan dan ketertiban membuang sampah. Faktor pendukung utama adalah peran guru sebagai fasilitator, ketersediaan sarana dasar, dan konsistensi penguatan selama masa tindak lanjut. Program menghasilkan luaran berupa paket media digital PHBS, panduan guru, serta instrumen evaluasi yang dapat digunakan ulang. Secara keseluruhan, edukasi PHBS berbasis media digital efektif sebagai pemicu pembiasaan di sekolah dan layak direplikasi dengan penyesuaian sarana serta penguatan rutin. Selain edukasi, program mendorong partisipasi siswa melalui praktik dan penugasan sederhana, sehingga pesan sekolah terhubung dengan keluarga. Evaluasi merangkum umpan balik guru dan siswa untuk perbaikan materi dan strategi implementasi berikutnya selanjutnya.
