Model Global Public Relations dalam Membangun Legitimasi dan Kepercayaan Publik: Kajian Literatur Sistematis

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis perkembangan konseptual Model Global Public Relations (Global PR) dalam membangun legitimasi dan kepercayaan publik pada konteks global dan digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) dengan teknik analisis tematik terhadap publikasi ilmiah periode 2015–2026 serta dokumen resmi Global PR & Communication Model. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data internasional bereputasi dengan kriteria inklusi yang menekankan relevansi terhadap teori pemangku kepentingan, legitimasi organisasi, reputasi, dan keberlanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Model Global PR merepresentasikan kerangka manajemen strategis berbasis pengelolaan aset tidak berwujud yang mengintegrasikan purpose, reputasi, keberlanjutan, komunikasi, dan pengukuran kinerja dalam satu sistem terpadu. Model ini memperluas paradigma CSR tradisional menuju pendekatan strategis yang menempatkan legitimasi sosial sebagai hasil konstruksi yang dirancang melalui konsistensi nilai, praktik keberlanjutan, serta komunikasi yang transparan dan terukur. Dengan demikian, legitimasi dan kepercayaan publik tidak lagi dipahami sebagai konsekuensi pasif dari kinerja ekonomi, melainkan sebagai outcome dari orkestrasi strategis aset tidak berwujud dalam lingkungan global yang dinamis.
