Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah dengan keseimbangan dinamis pada pasien stroke non-hemoragik usia di bawah 60 tahun di RS Hermina Bekasi tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengukuran kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah dilakukan menggunakan Manual Muscle Testing (MMT), sedangkan keseimbangan dinamis diukur menggunakan Timed Up and Go Test (TUG). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki kekuatan otot pada kategori cukup (50,0%) dan keseimbangan dinamis dalam kategori buruk (86,7%). Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p = 0,696 (p > 0,05), yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah dengan keseimbangan dinamis. Disimpulkan bahwa keseimbangan dinamis pada pasien stroke non-hemoragik tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kekuatan otot, tetapi juga oleh faktor lain seperti kontrol postural dan integrasi sensorik.
