Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi pensiunan PTPN 2 dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup pasca-berhenti bekerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pergeseran perspektif ekonomi dari kondisi mapan menjadi lebih sederhana setelah pensiun. Aktivitas sehari-hari seperti kegiatan keagamaan, kerja ringan, dan interaksi sosial dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan stabilitas psikologis. Adaptasi sosial terlihat melalui pembentukan komunitas informal dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan lingkungan, sementara aktivitas religius menjadi mekanisme koping yang efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perhatian terhadap hak pensiunan, termasuk keterlambatan pembayaran pensiun, serta dukungan kelembagaan berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan, layanan psikososial, dan penguatan komunitas guna mendukung adaptasi yang berkelanjutan.
