Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman remaja mengenai fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) serta membekali mereka dengan keterampilan bijak dalam bermedia sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Maret 2026 di HKBP Graha Tanjung Anom dengan sasaran utama remaja dan Naposo Bulung (muda-mudi) HKBP Graha Tanjung Anom. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi kasus, dan pembagian modul literasi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta tentang FOMO (rata-rata pre-test 52,4 menjadi 81,7 pada post-test), serta meningkatnya kesadaran peserta terhadap dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial yang tidak bijak. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip digital well-being dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pembentukan generasi muda yang literat secara digital, mampu memanfaatkan media sosial secara positif, produktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
