Efektivitas Self-compassion Excercise untuk Menurunkan Afek Negatif yang dirasakan oleh Ibu dengan Anak Down Syndrome

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest (N = 7) yang menguji efektivitas praktik Self-compassion untuk menurunkan afek negatif pada ibu dengan anak Down Syndrome. Pengukuran meliputi subskala Negative Affect (PANAS) dan Skala Welas Diri. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan signifikan afek negatif (Z = −2,371, p = .018, r = .894) dan peningkatan signifikan Self-compassion (Z = −2,201, p = .028, r = .898). Temuan mendukung kelayakan intervensi singkat ini sebagai bagian dari layanan dukungan orangtua; direkomendasikan replikasi dengan sampel lebih besar dan desain kontrol
