Peran Guru dalam Manajemen Kurikulum terhadap Prestasi Akademik Siswa: Systematic Literature Riview

Sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kemampuan akademik peserta didik, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas manajemen kurikulum. Dalam konteks ini, guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran, tetapi juga sebagai aktor kunci dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Meskipun berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan guru dalam manajemen kurikulum berkontribusi signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa, kajian yang secara sistematis mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai hubungan tersebut masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum serta implikasinya terhadap prestasi akademik siswa melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan penelusuran literatur pada basis data Scopus terhadap artikel yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2026. Dari proses seleksi bertahap berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh tujuh artikel yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum bersifat multidimensional, mencakup keterlibatan dalam perencanaan dan pengorganisasian kurikulum, kompetensi profesional dalam implementasi pembelajaran, serta kemampuan guru dalam menafsirkan kurikulum dan tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu, efektivitas peran guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sistem pendidikan, kepemimpinan sekolah, dan kebijakan kurikulum. Secara konsisten, temuan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang dijalankan secara efektif oleh guru berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterlibatan belajar, motivasi akademik, dan prestasi akademik siswa. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum sebagai strategi kunci peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.
