Gambaran Tingkat Impostor Syndrome Pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat impostor syndrome pada karyawan Generasi Z. Masalah difokuskan pada kecenderungan karyawan Generasi Z yang meragukan kemampuan dirinya meskipun telah memiliki pencapaian dalam pekerjaan. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori impostor syndrome yang menjelaskan perasaan tidak kompeten dan kecenderungan individu mengaitkan keberhasilan dengan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan Generasi Z yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat impostor syndrome pada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata skor impostor syndrome responden berada pada kategori sedang. Distribusi kategori menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden cukup sering mengalami perasaan ragu terhadap kemampuan dirinya dalam pekerjaan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa karyawan Generasi Z dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kecenderungan mengalami impostor syndrome pada tingkat sedang, yang ditandai dengan munculnya keraguan terhadap kemampuan diri meskipun telah memiliki pencapaian dalam pekerjaan.
