Pengaruh Self-Esteem terhadap Subjective Well-Being pada Wanita yang Bercerai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem terhadap subjective well-being pada wanita bercerai. Desain penelitian dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan tipe eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 387 wanita bercerai di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being (R = 0.504; R² = 0.254; F = 184.04; p < 0.05). Self-esteem berkontribusi sebesar 25.4% dalam menjelaskan subjective well-being. Sementara 74.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan nilai coef icients, self-esteem secara signifikan memprediksi subjective well-being (β = 0.874, t = 8.669, p < 0.05), dengan nilai B = 0.874 yang mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan self-esteem meningkatkan subjective well-being sebesar 0.236 satuan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya self-esteem sebagai fondasi bagi peningkatan subjective well-being pada wanita bercerai.
