Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Tingkat Kecemasan pada Pasien Pre Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) di RSUD UNDATA Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

Prosedur Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) kerap memicu timbulnya kecemasan pada pasien karena berkaitan dengan kondisi kesehatan yang serius serta tindakan medis yang bersifat invasif. Tingkat pengetahuan pasien mengenai prosedur PCI memiliki peran yang kompleks dalam memengaruhi kecemasan yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien sebelum menjalani Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) di RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik serta menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian mencakup rata-rata jumlah pasien pre Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) di RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah setiap bulan, yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden, yang dipilih melalui teknik non-random sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang, yaitu sebesar 58,3%. Sementara itu, responden dengan pengetahuan cukup berjumlah 16,7%, dan pengetahuan baik sebesar 25%. Dari sisi tingkat kecemasan, mayoritas responden mengalami kecemasan berat, yaitu 66,7%, diikuti oleh kecemasan ringan sebesar 28,3%, dan kecemasan sedang sebanyak 5%. Uji statistik Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,642, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat kecemasan. ada hubungan hubungan pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) di RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
