Hubungan Frekuensi PNF terhadap Kontrol Postural Pasien Stroke Non-Hemoragic di RS Hermina Bekasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah kedatangan Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) pada lower limb dengan kontrol postural pada pasien stroke non-hemoragic usia 50–60 tahun di RS Hermina Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data frekuensi terapi diperoleh dari rekam medis, sedangkan kontrol postural diukur menggunakan Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata frekuensi PNF adalah 20,40 kali kedatangan dan rata-rata skor BBS adalah 47,47. Uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan sangat kuat antara frekuensi PNF dengan kontrol postural (r = 0,880; p < 0,001). Arah hubungan yang positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi frekuensi terapi yang diterima pasien, semakin baik kontrol postural yang dicapai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa frekuensi terapi PNF memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kemampuan keseimbangan pasien stroke non-hemoragic dalam konteks rehabilitasi klinis.
