Gambaran Kemampuan Sit to Stand pada Pasien Stroke Non-Hemoragic Usia 37-59 Tahun di RS Hermina Bekasi Tahun 2025

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan sit to stand pada pasien stroke non-hemoragic usia 37–59 tahun di RS Hermina Bekasi tahun 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Unit Rehabilitasi Medik RS Hermina Bekasi pada bulan November 2025 hingga Februari 2026. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kemampuan sit to stand diukur menggunakan Five Times Sit to Stand Test (5xSTS), dengan hasil berupa waktu tempuh dalam satuan detik. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, dan waktu 5xSTS, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi, persentase, nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, nilai minimum, dan maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata usia responden adalah 52,50 tahun dan seluruh responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Nilai rata-rata 5xSTS adalah 21,57 detik dengan rentang 10–65 detik. Distribusi kategori menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori waktu >20 detik (46,7%), diikuti kategori 13–20 detik (43,3%), dan ≤12 detik (10,0%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan sit to stand pada pasien stroke non-hemoragic usia produktif masih tergolong rendah dan menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan mobilitas fungsional.
