Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kebugaran dan keterampilan latihan kekuatan mandiri bagi seluruh kader Wahdah Islamiyah melalui program olahraga bodyweight training secara daring. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik kader akibat keterbatasan fasilitas, waktu, dan pengetahuan tentang latihan kekuatan berbasis berat tubuh sendiri. Metode kegiatan melibatkan Tim Pengabdian Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan FIKK UNM sebagai instruktur yang memandu sesi pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, meliputi sesi pemanasan, inti latihan bodyweight, pendinginan, serta edukasi teknis gerakan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya latihan kekuatan, serta motivasi untuk menerapkan latihan secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan kegiatan meliputi peran aktif instruktur, penggunaan teknologi daring, dan materi yang aplikatif, meskipun terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan jaringan internet dan variasi ruang gerak peserta. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam membangun budaya hidup sehat berbasis komunitas dan menjadi model kegiatan olahraga yang adaptif di era digital.
