Optimalisasi Manajemen Spiritual Care di Rumah Sakit melalui Model MoSLIM Berbasis Video Audiovisual Semenit

Spiritualitas berperan penting dalam proses keperawatan karena membantu pasien memperoleh makna, harapan, dan ketenangan yang mendukung pemulihan fisik dan emosional. Namun, pelaksanaan spiritual care di rumah sakit masih belum optimal akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan media edukasi bagi perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model MoSLIM berbasis audiovisual berdurasi satu menit dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan spiritual care perawat. Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen one group pre-test–post-test pada 30 perawat dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Nurse Spiritual Care Therapeutics Scale (NSCTS) atau kuesioner pelaksanaan spiritual care yang telah divalidasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan paired t-test (α = 0,05). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rerata skor dari 60,37 ± 8,21 menjadi 80,15 ± 7,04 dengan perbedaan signifikan (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa model MoSLIM berbasis audiovisual singkat efektif meningkatkan pelaksanaan spiritual care oleh perawat.
